New Access Road & Re-Cladding

Design & Build New Access Road and Re-Cladding 2no: Storage Sheds

Woodenbale were employed by RWE to design and build a new road to access 2no: existing storage sheds on the Pembroke Power Station. Having won the contract to re-clad the 2no: existing storage uints we were now tasked with constructing a road to access them.

Working with a very level site, tarmac, kerbing and drainage falls were very carefully worked to ensure water egress from the road as the area was previously very water logged. Utilising ACO kerbing we were able to maximise the very limited falls of the area as we were tied into existing building floor slab, road and drainage levels.

Re-dressing the surrounding area importing approximately 1,700ton of clean stone, installing a fence line to create a scaffold yard and construction of a bunded waste management slab adjacent to the larger unit finished the area off.
